Facilitator Training​

 

Strategic Dialogue Group will build the capacity of your employees to lead the dialogue with additional employees.

We provide a two-day facilitator training that also includes a “facilitator guide” and an online practice module. After your staff receive the training, we typically provide one consultant to co-lead the sessions and continue to support the facilitators.

​Trainees will develop the skills to:

• Stay neutral in difficult and uncomfortable conversations

• Create an environment where everyone feels safe to share their perspectives

• Identify the structures required for productive dialogue

• Observe and manage group dynamic

• Identify themes, commonalities, and differences
