There is a growing belief that people with different views can’t work together or find common ground.

The Strategic Dialogue Group offers a structured approach to safe, productive dialogue that drives action and change. Unlike debates that focus on winning, our process aims to deepen understanding and uncover shared solutions.

Through the Strategic Dialogue Group’s approach, participants:

  • Develop the relationships, skills, and awareness necessary to engage productively with those who have different perspectives and experiences.

  • Collaboratively explore facts and ideas, ensuring all sides work with the same information.

  • Find common ground solutions for action and change.

Intergroup Dialogue

We provide facilitator training to build the capacity of organizations to lead productive dialogue.

Trainees will develop the skills to:

  • Understand the structures required for productive and culturally affirming dialogue

  • Observe and manage group dynamics

  • Create an environment where everyone feels safe to share their perspective

  • Help a group go from surface conversations to addressing root causes and challenges

  • Give clear directions

  • Identify themes, commonalities, and differences

Facilitator Training

"They facilitate rather than direct, support rather than lecture, and guide rather than shame. One of the things that has most impressed me is that they have stayed true to their commitment to making sure our plan reflects our needs."
