Getting Started

 

We suggest that new clients begin with a pilot. This helps the client determine if our method is the right process for their organization and helps us adapt our process to the specific needs of the group/organization.

 

Ideal Participants:

• Management teams, Diversity Committees, or a cross-section of employees, managers, executives

Outcomes:

• Greater awareness of diverse perspectives within the organization

• Explored tools for continued analysis and reflection, and organizational change

• A team that has built relationships, skills, and knowledge to work for change

• An understanding of whether this is the right process for your company

Time Commitment:

• Pilot retreats are typically two full days.

• We can work to adapt times and days to your needs.
